Greetings New Rancho Family!

My name is Lani Russi and I am thrilled to be joining this amazing community as your principal this year.  While I am new to Rancho, I have been part of the TVUSD team for 13  years and have been an educator for 26 years as a teacher and administrator.  My own children attended and graduated from TVUSD so as a parent myself, I was and continue to be highly invested in doing all I can to ensure our students are provided with the necessary skills to thrive now and in the future.  I love and seek community involvement and open and respectful communication.  I can't wait to get to know and work alongside YOU to be able to provide the best possible learning experiences for our young Roadrunners.  Please reach out if you ever have questions or ideas that will improve our school community. I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and look forward to a positive and memorable 25-26 school year.
